The actual medical care was great BUT the office was 44 degrees on arrival. When I had the photo therapy the hand held cooling fan’s battery was dead. When leaving I used the bathroom and the pipes were frozen - no water - no flush. Reported same to office personnel. They did not seem too concerned.
