I have used this facility a number of times, and my experiences are mixed. On some occasions they are kind and quick (usually on the appointments where I go first thing in the morning) but other times I have waited in the waiting room for over an hour and technicians have been vague about how to prepare specimens to drop off. I also have had to come back on multiple occasions because of a specimen there was confusion with. Overall this facility is not especially awful, but I do not think a 5 star rating would be appropriate.
