HOLLAND-BUCK RD.

I have seen Dr. for 4 years in this office and I was happy to visit for my daughter until today. The front desk women who I have never seen, she was extremely rude attitude!!!! I was late because the car accident near my house so came in late for over 15min. The extremely rude women knew when we came in. When I tried put my daughter's name on list she said 'you don't need to do that, can I help you' with cold voice and sullen face.NO 'Hi' at all. I said 'always I put name on but not today?' She heard what I said but she completely ignored then she said 'you are late' and checked clock. I told her 'because there was car accident!' 'She said nothing except ' I'll check Dr.they can see you or not' with sullen face and cold voice again!! I had no problem until today with her!!! I will say other front desk had no problems but not her!!! By the way, I did not call office because the phone number always connect to call center and last time when I called they said 'can not call to office because we are just make appointment and cancellation' so I did not call. I was always wondering what do we do if we do running late?? Just makes front desk mad or giving rude attitude like today? I say I like Dr. in this office the problem is THE WOMEN in front desk who was playing with phone when I left.
