Do not use this company. Their manager is a complete a**hole and extremely unprofessional. He calls harassing people even after agreements have been made with his corporate office, and he tells you he will continue to call regardless. I literally received over 5 phone calls from him personally in a 15 minute time period which is a violation of just about every collection practice law in the U.S., and borderline criminal offense for harassment. And, here is the thing...I am not even a bad credit risk. I took one medium sized loan and paid it off completely in three months, so I decided to cash another one of their checks. Made the first payment because I received a bill, and then missed the second payment because no bill was sent. The answer I was given by this manager is that we don't send bills or statements, then he got smart with me like I was some kind of kid. I was so pissed that I arranged to completely pay his loan off and told him that and when he would receive the payment. I spoke with his district manager and made him aware of what was going on and that the loan would be paid in FULL within the week, and his regional manager said he would suppress any late fees if any occurred. Then today I get a phone call from the manager at Springfield harassing me about paying my bill and telling me that he will call me back 50 times a day if he feels like it, when he full well knows he is getting paid in full this Friday. And, he is lucky he is getting that because under the Fair Credit Billing Act, if he doesn't send a statement or bill fourteen days before the payment is due, either electronically or on paper the idiot isn't even entitled to payment.
