Steel City Storage

I've been with Steel CIty Storage for 2 years and have had a great experience. Staff communicates any changes promptly and clearly, invoice is always on time and customer service is great!

I was so impressed with the whole rental process at Steel City Storage with being able to secure my unit with just a phone call (to Angela who was extremely pleasant and helpful) and a few minutes on the computer. It was such a time saver by not having to take time off work to get to the rental office during the day like I have done when I previously rented storage units. My gate code worked perfectly, and I was very pleased with the facility lighting outside at night, I feel very secure being there by myself after dark. I was also extremely pleased with the cleanliness of my unit but I can also tell the facility in general is well maintained.
