Keller Williams (Stroudsburg PA office) has been selling a house on my road in Effort PA for some time the pictures below show the trash they have left on our road for over two months now. I called the agent (Glenn) and left a message, never got a return call. I left over five messages (both VM and with their receptionist) for Bob (the manager) and no return call. Finally I contacted the corporate office via FB and they called the local office, Someone from KW came out and took the sign, the house is still for sale by them and the trash remains. The wind and wildlife have moved some trash into the neighboring woods and onto the road itself. This is polluting our neighborhood and community. Why would anyone trust this office on any level to sell or buy a home from them? This is how little they care about a community in which they are a part of. I have shared the pictures on social media. I have contacted the local media as well and my township managers. Please consider not hiring them. They show no regard for our neighborhood, its residents, the community and the environment.
I am writing this review because I found Nasheen Hayat's actions during my selling process very unprofessional. We will start at the beginning. Our agent who helped us sell our house was professional, polite, honest, and extremely professional. However from the start including the negotiations Nasheen's tactics were very sneaky. We were selling our house for 269,500. Nasheen came back at a 257,000 offer. I countered at 262,000. Then Nasheen countered at the 262,00 WITH SOMETHING CALLED BUYERS ASSIST! If you are wondering what buyers assist is, it is a 3 percent payment of the selling price of the house to the buyer. That equates to 7,800 dollars. If I took my first counter of 262,000 and subtracted the sellers assist this equated to selling the house for 254,140 which was lower then her offer of 257,000. These tactics are very unethical. After we agreed on the price and the date of closing Nasheen tried to change the date of closing several times. I also know from the buyers that she held there 2000 dollar check until 7 days before closing, in case the deal went south the buyers would not loose ther money, again very unethical. On the day of closing Nasheen called my agent at 12:30 and asked for the walk through to be at 1pm. I told my agent that I could be there at 2pm. at 2pm Nasheen called my agent and said the walk through had to be at 3pm. Said that the buyers couldn't make it till then. When asked why she had initially wanted to schedule it for 1:00 pm, she got very argumentative. At the closing table she was extremely rude to my wife, my agent and myself. I spoke to her immediate supervisor and told him the story, and insisted she apologize to the three of us , she never did, all she said was lets start from the beginning but no apology. I would never trust this agent to deal in any real estate functions.
Excellent realities. I recommend them wholeheartedly. Bob and Stacey Kelly still contact us to make sure that we are happy with our home purchase. They were very helpful with giving us contacts for locksmiths, painters, contractors and much more.
