First Watch - Villanova

Came in the door and waited 5 minutes while 2 people were greeted by the young lady with blonde hair who came in after my party. I had to ask how we could put our name in only 2 be informed there was an hour wait. Won't be coming back. Will gladly spend my money in a place where all customers are important.
