I saw this woman to check some malfunctioning hearing aides that I have had for several years. They were top of the line ones when I bought them but I had been told by another Audiologist that they would not even consider looking at them as they were too old, suggesting I look into new ones. Dr. Auger overheard what had happened to me and squeezed me in to her schedule and was able to determine that it was collapsed tubing that was the problem, and engineered a fix right on the spot. She saved me thousand of dollars! She was kind, very professional, and knowledgeable. I am so glad I stumbled upon getting in to see her and now have found the great Audiologist I needed in this area.
