Bachman's replaced my entire roof. Their salesman did a great job of selling us on their expertise and quality craftsmanship. Unfortunately, the installation did not reflect the glory of their sales pitch at all. They used a drip edge that was too short and did not properly get the rain water into the spouting. Over time, this would have resulted in a rotten fascia board around the perimeter of my house. They installed 2 new roof vents for my bathroom fans, but completely forgot to nail one of them down to the roof. They also began to install my new roof before replacing the moldy plywood above the old bathroom vent (that I specifically asked to be replaced in the sales agreement). The new flashing was installed by cutting large holes in my siding which looked awful and probably were not water-tight. If you deal with this company, watch everything they do while they're working on your house, and make sure to inspect their work yourself. DO NOT pay them until you do your own inspection and are completely satisfied. They came back and attempted to fix the problems, but now I have a half-assed, 2 piece drip edge that should have been done right the first time.
