Miguel Angel Marrero, MD

Was recently helping a person in need through my church with addiction problems, this doctor is prescribing suboxone to patients (found on HIS person).... why is a gynocologist seeing men and prescribing controlled substance--- wouldn't that go through a different doctor? I think there may be some bigger issue here!
