The staff was absolutely professional when bombarded with customers. When I arrived there were many customers waiting, yet each was addressed pleasantly and had their questions, issues, including an incorrect billing, handled in the time it takes many people to log into an account. The pickup went smoothly and we were thrilled with the Ford Fusion Hybrid we rented for 2 weeks for our trip to the Outer Banks and Wilmington, NC. Drop off was even quicker, with the agent meeting me at the curb to complete the drop off. I was in my way in 15 minutes. We will absolutely use Enterprise and the staff at the Kidder Street location again!
