Bunch of inconsiderate morons. Can't even answer the phone. Tried to give me 20 for trade in on an elite game system because my controller had light damage and then on top of that took the power cord for my system instead of putting it back in the box they took it from. Now I need to drive out there and have them tell me they lost it. You're better off ordering online and getting free shipping to your house. Definitely don't waste your time trying to do a trade in.
