Avis Car Rental

Though we reserved the mini van a month ago for our trip, they didn’t have the correct car on the day of rental. They were giving SUV as van. Representative was not helpful at all, his attitude was “take it or leave it”. Luckily we found another mini van at enterprise and rented it. We went through Costcorental and we had a bad experience with AVIS.

No car when you said you reserved one. Bad business practice.
