As a Cannondale dealer (in 2017), staff was very helpful in getting my defective Cannondale replaced under warranty. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful as well. I haven't had much bike service work done here, but the one thing they did install was done well. I'd go to 5 stars if I just had more sales or service experience with them.
