Avis Car Rental

Terrible experience, representative didn't know what they were talking about. The store did not have the car I reserved and moved me down two car sizes and then my price ended up being much more expensive. You would think I would be discounted significantly to have to drive a significantly smaller car due to their error. The price apparently is the computer's fault and apparently can't be fixed until I drop the car off. Extremely disappointing service.
