DICK'S Sporting Goods

This Dick's is usually a little weird. I went here for Black Friday deals on Thursday night. Some items came up for normal price instead of the advertised sale price. I was told that the tags were old but the price would still be honored. I find it odd that after being closed most of the day specifically in preparation for Black Friday (in which 90% of in stock items are on sale in some way) that they somehow "forgot" to take down multiple, "old" sale signs/price tags. The item in question was marked on sale on the shelf and was also located on a special end cap specially for the sale on said item. Price was honored so it's all good there, but it did take a while to get confirmation and an override.

This is the 3rd time I have been to this Dick's and I have left every time without the shoes because their customer service is horrendous. We needed lacrosse cleats but no one could get us the size. Then we went for football cleats, sneakers, and running shoes. Again, no one to get sizes for us. Today I waited for 15 minutes and gave up. Only 3 other customers, so it wasn't like they were swamped. I miss you Sports Authority. The employees at Dick's are lazy, surely and scarce. We would be better off if they let the customers go in the backroom and get their own shoes. DON'T SHOP THERE!
