I'm new to the area and first stopped at an alteration shop up the street and was questioning the lady's honesty. The lady working (unfortunately I didn't catch her name) at Hanna was accommodating, quick, professional, and most importantly honest). I will only use Hanna for my alteration and dry cleaning needs.
