They did a great job on our ultra-suede sofa. Our dogs have gotten old and have had more than a few "accidents" on the furniture. My husband says Mark was professional and efficient. I was pleased with the improved smell and how the sofa looked when it dried. Ultra suede is not a very forgiving fabric yet the results of the cleaning were better than expected. The price was much better than what I have paid before for cleaning same sofa.
