My wife bought a brand new Reno from this dealership about 5 years ago. Less then a year and a half into ownership she began having problems with the transmission and the engine light. After taking the car back to York Auto Group (the parent company) for WARRANTY work, she was continuously refused service (because she had taken it to a small local shop for oil changes, so THEY must have screwed up the car) and told that there was "nothing wrong" with the car even though the "check engine" light was on and the transmission was slipping.
We finally got the transmission fixed by taking it to a COMPETENT (read as "not affiliated in ANY WAY with York Auto Group, Toyota of York, or Suzuki of York) mechanic and had a faulty transmission sensor replaced (the cause of the slipping and engine light) for less then $80. The car now runs like a champ. IF you want to buy a vehicle from these guys, just be aware they will probably NOT stand behind ANY sort of warranty, so you'll be on your own to get things fixed. You'd more likely be better off just going to another dealership altogether for a new vehicle.
